For the Boston Marathon, JetBlue unveiled a new arrivals board—not for planes, but for runners. Located at Coolidge Corner, this dynamic, real-time display showed the name and estimated arrival time of marathoners whose bib numbers had been entered by their loved ones. And since the board stood at mile 24, we also provided posters on which fans could write messages of support, encouraging racers as they made their final approach to the finish line.
